The perfect blend of spices that add flavor that you will savor .

The first step to perfectly blackened meat or fish is an evenly heated cast iron skillet. Lightly drizzle olive oil on both sides of your favorite fish , other seafood ,chicken or pork chops ; then generously add Black as Midnight and put your seasoned meat or seafood back in the refrigerator for 25 minutes. 

 

Handle with care when removing your skillet from the oven as it will be extremely hot  (never use a wet towel to move a hot skillet.) Add  one teaspoon of olive oil , then add your meat or seafood . Place back in the oven and flip half way through cook time .

 Plate and present to your family and friends for the best blackened meat or seafood they have ever had.
