Perfect Seasoning For Grown Folks Chicken
Rinse chicken with cool water , pat dry , sprinkle seasoning generously on all sides . Cover your chicken for no less than one hour ( overnight is the best for flavor) , one hour into marinating add one cup of buttermilk. Let the buttermilk and seasonings marinate for an additional 30 minutes.
Take each piece and coat in flour , then dip back in the milk and seasoning mixture, then back in the flour . Place double dipped meat on a clean plate while your oil ( butter flavored crisscross is best) heats to 350 degrees. Fry until golden brown and then drain on paper towel and then enjoy.
