Directions Grits : Bring two cups of water and two cups of milk to a rolling boil, then add grits along with two table spoons of butter , reduce heat to low , cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, be sure to stir occasionally . While grits are cooking , rinse one to two pounds of shrimp ( peeled, deveined with tail on) , drizzle with olive oil and then sprinkle entire seasoning pack and coat shrimp , heat a medium non stick skillet, melt one half stick of butter add shrimp cook on medium heat until pink. Add Grits to serving plate and add cooked shrimp , for a delicious meal that your family will most definitely want more of.
Tip for thicker Grits decrease water for thinner grits increase water.
